What to include in your tattoo request

A complete request helps us respond more accurately and recommend the most suitable artist. Please send a short description of your idea, reference images, the body placement, approximate dimensions and your preferred dates. If you are visiting Saigon, include your travel schedule.

For cover-ups or work around an existing tattoo, send clear photos in natural light from both close and wider angles. This allows the artist to review the available space, existing pigment and possible composition before making recommendations.

Response time depends on current requests and the artist’s schedule. Providing complete information helps the team assess your project without unnecessary follow-up.

Can I book while travelling in Vietnam?

Yes. Include arrival, departure and available dates. The studio can then confirm whether consultation and tattoo timing are realistic for your trip.

Should I send payment information through messages?

No. Do not send card details or other sensitive financial information through social messages. Follow only the payment instructions confirmed directly by the studio.
