How tattoo pricing is estimated

Overthink-Ink does not use one fixed public price for every tattoo because projects vary significantly. Estimated pricing may depend on the artist, style, placement, size, level of detail, color, design preparation, expected session time and whether the project requires multiple appointments.

To request an estimate, send a clear description, reference images, body placement, approximate dimensions and preferred dates through the appointment form. The team will review the information and contact you with availability, suitable artist options and estimated pricing before your visit.

Estimates and final pricing

An estimate is based on the information available when your request is reviewed. Pricing may need to be adjusted if the size, placement, design, detail, session scope or artist requirements change. Any significant change should be discussed with you before the tattoo session proceeds.

Large-scale tattoos such as sleeves, back pieces and multi-part compositions may be planned across several sessions. In these cases, the studio may explain pricing and scheduling by session rather than presenting one fixed total before the complete project is planned.

Appointment confirmation

Submitting a form or sending a message is an appointment request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only after the studio has reviewed the project and sent you confirmation of the artist, date, time and any required booking steps.

Do not make non-refundable travel arrangements based only on an unconfirmed request. Visitors to Ho Chi Minh City should include their travel dates so the team can provide realistic scheduling information.

Deposits

Some appointments or custom design projects may require a deposit. If a deposit applies, the studio will confirm the amount, payment method and applicable transfer, rescheduling or cancellation conditions before you pay. Do not send money to an account or payment link that has not been confirmed through an official Overthink-Ink communication channel.

A deposit may be used to reserve artist time and support preparation of custom artwork. Because requirements can vary by artist and project, the specific terms provided with your booking confirmation apply to that appointment.

Rescheduling

If you need to change an appointment, contact the studio as soon as possible using the same channel used for confirmation. Rescheduling depends on artist availability. The treatment of any deposit will follow the conditions provided with your booking confirmation.

Repeated changes, late notice or failure to attend may affect whether the studio can transfer a deposit or reserve another appointment. The team will explain the available options after reviewing the circumstances and applicable booking terms.

Cancellations and missed appointments

To cancel, notify the studio promptly. Any refund, credit or deposit transfer is determined by the booking terms communicated before payment and by preparation already completed for the project. Custom design work and artist time may have been reserved specifically for your appointment.

If you do not attend and do not contact the studio, the appointment may be treated as missed. A new booking and deposit may be required before another date is reserved.

Late arrival and session changes

Contact the studio if you expect to arrive late. Depending on the remaining appointment time and the artist’s schedule, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Major last-minute changes to subject, placement or scale may require a new consultation or booking date.

Payments and security

Use only payment instructions confirmed directly by Overthink-Ink. Do not send card details, account passwords, identity documents or other sensitive financial information through website forms, social media messages or unverified links.
