1. About Overthink-Ink
Overthink-Ink is a tattoo and piercing studio located at 101 Bis Vo Thi Sau Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Website information is provided to introduce the studio, artists, services, portfolios, aftercare guidance and appointment request options.
2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, misuse forms, impersonate another person, scrape protected content at unreasonable scale or use the website in a way that interferes with other users or studio operations.
We may restrict access, block abusive submissions or take reasonable security action when we believe the website is being misused.
3. Information is not a confirmed service agreement
Website content is general information and does not guarantee that a specific artist, design, price, appointment time or result is available. Submitting a form or message creates a request only. An appointment is confirmed after the studio communicates the artist, date, time and any required booking steps.

4. Client information and responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and relevant details about your request. Tell the studio about existing tattoos, scars, skin conditions, allergies, current irritation or other circumstances that may affect the requested service. Do not rely on the website as a substitute for professional medical advice.
The studio or artist may postpone, modify or decline a service when information is incomplete, the requested work is not suitable, consent requirements are not met, skin condition raises concern, behavior threatens safety or the project falls outside the available artist’s professional judgment.
5. Age, identity and consent
Service eligibility is subject to applicable requirements and studio policy. The studio may request identification or appropriate consent before providing a tattoo or piercing. Do not submit false age or identity information. Contact the studio in advance if you have questions about eligibility.
6. Custom artwork and references
Reference images may be used to communicate subject, mood and style. Overthink-Ink does not promise to copy another artist’s finished tattoo. Custom designs may be adjusted for placement, scale, readability, body movement and long-term aging.
Design previews, drafts and custom artwork remain protected creative work. Unless written permission is provided, you may not reproduce, sell, publish for commercial use, provide to another artist for execution or claim ownership of a studio-created design.
7. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, artist portfolios and page design are owned by or licensed to Overthink-Ink and their respective creators. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, alter, distribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission.
Artist and client images may have additional rights and restrictions. Contact the studio before using portfolio material outside ordinary social sharing with clear credit and an intact link to the original source.
8. Appointments, deposits and cancellations
Some appointments may require a deposit. The amount, payment method and any applicable transfer, rescheduling or cancellation terms will be communicated before payment. Terms supplied with your booking confirmation apply to that appointment.
Contact the studio promptly if you need to change or cancel a booking. Late arrival, repeated changes or failure to attend may affect the appointment, deposit or ability to reserve another date.
9. Aftercare and results
Healing and final appearance vary between individuals and are influenced by skin, placement, lifestyle, aftercare and other factors. Follow the instructions provided by your artist and review the Tattoo Aftercare Guide. Contact the studio if you are uncertain about the instructions. Seek appropriate medical care for severe or urgent symptoms.
Images on the website show previous work and do not guarantee an identical result for another person. Tattoos and piercings involve individual biological responses that cannot be fully predicted through website information.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may link to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Zalo, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Overthink-Ink is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy or content of external services.
